Joanne has over 15 years of M&A practice with UBS, Jardine Fleming and GE Capital. In the 1990s she achieved international ranking as a leading Asia-emerging markets financial advisor. At Jardine Fleming, Joanne was a member of the first dedicated team of M&A professionals in Asia. She lists many Fortune 500, FTSE 100 and Sino 400 entities amongst her previous clients and is also fluent in Mandarin.
Rolf has 30 years of institutional and commercial banking practice, most notably with UBS, ABN Amro and Standard Chartered Bank. He has advised both MNC and SME clients on a wide range of corporate banking products, with particular expertise in the areas of trade and structured finance. In addition to 17 years on assignment in the Greater China region, Rolf’s career has seen him hold senior positions covering Europe, the USA, the Middle East and Africa. Most recently, he held a position as Board Director and Head of Wholesale Banking at China Bohai Bank, a Mainland Chinese bank in which Standard Chartered Bank holds a 19.9% stake. Rolf has studied in St. Gallen, New York and Beijing. He is fluent in Mandarin, German, English and French.
Yang Qing has 15 years of corporate finance advisory and management consulting with Jardine Fleming, Ernst & Young and First Chicago Bank. A Beijing native, with career postings in the USA and Greater China, his experience covers a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions for multi-nationals and Chinese blue-chip enterprises alike. Yang Qing is a graduate of Kansas State University with fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
